SMC Complaints Disputed by Success Stories

SMC Complaints are occasionally filed by customers who claim to have had a poor or unsatisfactory experience with the company.  Many of the complaints have been disputed by SMC, and almost all have been resolved satisfactorily.

SMC complaints are the money back guarantee were not given after the deadline for the trial period had passed.  The sign-up process states that you will be allowed time to attempt the business and can quit if it is not for you, and there is a time period given that specifically states the date that the final decision must be made by in order to receive a refund.  Some customers wait too long to decide, or perhaps procrastinate, and then demand their money be refunded regardless of the deadline they agreed to.  Another common complaint involves an inability to sell the products, but in the vast majority of cases this is the result of the individuals in question not being willing to put in the time and effort required to run a successful business.
